A Vintage Southern Wedding- Family Style

It was a gorgeous Fall day November 5th when Heather Harlan and Arnold Fuller said ” I Do”.  Now, that I have some beautiful pictures from Jonathon Campbell Photography to share with you, I feel like I can more accurately do it justice!   This wedding was filled with beautiful added touches, from the beautiful flowers hanging from the trees and along the aisle, the  Mr. and Mrs. signs draped from their chairs at the reception to the  Sweet Ending- the Smores Bar by the outdoor fireplace, I loved it all!

Heather and Arnold knew exactly what they wanted for their beautiful wedding and wedding reception at Front Porch Farms—  Southern favorites, they just happened to be  MY Favorites too.   For Appetizers, they chose  a Fruit and Cheese Display, Spinach Artichoke Puffs and Sweet Potato Biscuits and Buttermilk Biscuits stuffed with Ham, it made a beautiful  display and a yummy plate…

Bourbon Pecan Brie, Sweet Potato Biscuit Stuffed with Ham and Spinach Artichoke Puffs

The Entree’s were Chicken Lester, a moist baked chicken breast and Pork Tenderloin finished with Apples, Red Onion and Bourbon sauce.  Each of the tables were then served bowls of Spring Green Salad with Poppyseed Dressing, Sweet Potato Casserole with Praline Pecan topping, Macaroni and Cheese, Hashbrown Casserole and steamed  Haricot Verts.  Baskets  of yeast rolls with butter and mini Corn Muffins rounded out the menu.

It was a Fantastistic evening filled with lots of special touches, special people and most of all, LOVE.
