It was such a beautiful wedding last night at Owen Farm that I just had to share it right away! When the perfect combination of a wonderful couple, gorgeous venue, God’s perfect weather for a Fall day and stunning details come together and of course OUR food, well, I just HAVE to share! The couple is Maggie and Andrew, I had the pleasure of meeting them months ago and got to know them during the planning of their yummy fall menu.They chose a menu of 3 appetizers: Seasonal fruit and cheese displays with crackers, Bourbon sauced meatballs and Yeast rolls stuffed with ham.
The menu continued with Hickory Smoked Pork Barbeque with Peach Tequila sauce, Poppy seed chicken, Corn Pudding, Macaroni and Cheese, Chunky Baked Beans and the perfect fall salad with mixed greens, roasted pears and apples, craisins and pecans, Yeast rolls with butter and of course, lots of Sweet Tea
The Venue and the weather were stunning and were only enhanced by all the efforts of the team from Vintage Farm Events, the flowers, tablescapes and rustic farm décor was just amazing. There was no spot that was not lovingly decorated and it shows…
